Because the enemy shows up loudest when you’re closest to the promise.
Let’s talk about that hard phase. The one where you’ve been praying, obeying, walking with God, and doing everything He asked you to do… but the results aren’t showing up yet.
You’ve planted seeds. You’ve stayed faithful. You’ve pressed past doubt.

And yet, the doors haven’t opened, the fruit hasn’t come, and you’re wondering:
“Am I really doing this right?”
“Does this even matter?”
“God… are You even still in this?”
I’ve been there.
And I want to remind you—just because you don’t see it right now doesn’t mean God isn’t working.

Just Like Joshua… Walking but Not Yet Seeing
There’s a moment in Scripture that speaks directly to this kind of season.
In Joshua 6, God told Joshua that Jericho was theirs—that the wall would fall. But the instruction didn’t come with immediate results. Instead, God told them to walk.
Every day, for six days, they marched around the wall—in silence. No cracking. No shifting. No movement. Just obedience.
And on the seventh day, after they circled it seven times and lifted up a shout—the wall fell flat.
“By faith the walls of Jericho fell down after they were encircled for seven days.” — Hebrews 11:30
Now think about that. What if they stopped on day five?
What if they gave up on day six because they couldn’t see any progress?
The victory was already promised—but it required obedience without proof.
That’s where so many of us get tripped up.
We’re walking. We’re trusting. But we can’t yet see the shift.
So the enemy steps in and says, “Why bother? You’re wasting time.”

The Enemy Is Strategic—Especially When You’re Close
Let me tell you something:
When you’re close to a breakthrough, the enemy turns up the volume.
He’ll try to wear you out just before the promise comes.
He can’t stop what God has ordained, but he’ll do everything he can to make you quit early.
He’ll use things like:
Fatigue
Comparison
Discouragement
Confusion
Distraction
Don’t fall for it.
Don’t stop on day six.

God Sees What You Can’t Yet See
“Let us not grow weary in well-doing, for in due season we shall reap if we faint not.” — Galatians 6:9
There is a due season. But we only walk into it if we don’t give up too soon.
You may not feel it, but there’s growth happening beneath the surface.
God is strengthening your roots so you don’t crumble when the breakthrough comes.
He’s not just preparing the blessing—He’s preparing you.

What to Do in the "Waiting" Season?
1. Stay in His Word.
Let it shape your thoughts more than your circumstances do.
2. Speak life over yourself.
Even when nothing looks like it’s working, speak what God has promised.
3. Don’t isolate.
The enemy works best when you’re tired and alone. Stay surrounded by truth-tellers and faith-filled voices.
4. Guard your focus.
This is not the time to entertain distractions or doubt. You don’t need unnecessary voices pulling you off course.
5. Stay in prayer.
Stay connected to the One guiding you. Pray not just for the outcome but also for the strength to keep going.

A Final Word
You are not behind.
You are not off track.
And no matter what it looks like, you are not alone.
God sees your obedience.
He sees your faith.
And He honors it.
So keep going. Keep walking.
Even if you don’t see the wall cracking yet—know that it will fall.
Your job is to trust Him.
His job is to bring it to pass.
Keep Going: Trusting God When You Can't Yet See The Results!
With faith and fire,
